Our unlocking service is an official Apple unlock, and will not affect your warranty.

 

Once we have told you that your handset is unlocked, please advise us as soon as possible if this has not happened. We will then run a check to see what went wrong, and either re-process for you, or refund you.

 

In the event of an incorrect IMEI number being received, we reserve the right to refuse any refund.

Once we have advised you that your iPhone has been unlocked, remove your accepted sim, and replace with a non-accepted sim.

 

Connect your iPhone to a WiFi connection, and respond to the prompts on the screen of your iPhone.

This service is not instant. The approximate time frame is up to 5 working days (working days DO NOT include weekends or bank holidays).

 

We will email or text you once your iPhone is unlocked.

 

In rare circumstances, which are beyond our control, this time frame can be longer.

All iPhone Models

If, after unlock, your iPhone becomes blocked or is reported lost or stolen, your iPhone WILL be relocked by Vodafone.

 

We will NOT offer any refund if this happens.
