Satisfactory Quality - Your goods should not be faulty or damaged, or at least of satisfactory quality.

• Fit For Purpose - you should be able to use it for the purpose they were supplied for.

As Described - your goods or service must match the description, model or sample shown at time of purchase.


Any item purchased from us that is new, has a 12 months guarantee from the date of purchase. If your item develops a fault within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, we will offer you a refund, exchange or free repair. Customer misuse/damage is not covered under ANY warranty.
 
If your item develops a fault outside of 30 days, but is within the first 6 months from the date of purchase, we will offer you an exchange, or a repair. If the replacement item, or repair of the original item, fails, then you are entitled to a refund, or, a reduction of the original price.

If, after the first 6 months, and up to 12 months, your item develops a fault, we will exchange your item, or offer you a 'reduced cost' repair.

We do not offer, nor are we obliged to offer, a return for refund of any item if you simply change your mind, is an unwanted gift, or is simply no longer required. We may, at our discretion, offer you an exchange, credit note, or offer to buy the item back from you, at a reduced rate.

Pre-Owned/Second Hand/Refurbished Products Warranty:

Any pre-owned/second hand/refurbished item purchased from us has a 6 months guarantee from the date of purchase. If your item develops a fault within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, we will offer you a refund, exchange or free repair. Customer misuse/damage is not covered under ANY warranty.

Repairs
 
LCD/Digitiser Repairs: (revised edition, effective 20/06/22)

 

• Repairs can only be collected when producing the receipt given to you, or when producing acceptable identification.

• We reserve the right to release your repair to anyone producing the receipt given to you, unless you have told us otherwise.

• Your item(s) is/are not insured whilst on our premises or in our care.

• Your LCD/digitiser is guaranteed for 12 months from date of collection, for malfunction only. This does NOT include any damage.

• We supply you with a tempered glass/film screen guard (subject to availability), fitted to your handset. This guard MUST be kept on for the

   duration of your 12 months warranty, else your warranty will become invalid/void.

• If your LCD/digitiser is damaged in any way after you have collected your item, your warranty will become invalid/void.

• In some cases, LCD's/digitisers will have other parts attached, or be part of a chassis. These MUST be kept in new condition, as supplied. If        any parts are damaged, your warranty will become invalid/void.

• If your item has any other faults that were not noted at the time, or we were unable to test your item, these will be advised to you where 
   possible, and a further charge will be made if you would like us to repair it/them.

• Any damage or faults on any repaired item(s) must be noted at time of collection BEFORE you leave the premises.

• Any item(s) found to be liquid damaged when we attempt a repair, may be rejected. If we do repair the item, any part(s) supplied or fitted, will    be EXCLUDED from any warranty period.

• Any item(s) that have had, or appear to have had, previous unauthorised repair will be EXCLUDED from any warranty period.

• Occasionally, we may have to reset your handset. We CANNOT, therefor, be held responsible for any lost data.

• It is your responsibility to know your password/Apple ID/Google log-in to reactivate your handset.

• Any memory cards and/or sim cards are YOUR responsibility. We will NOT replace them if they are left in your item.

• The entire amount or balance owed must be paid before you collect your repair, and they must be collected WITHIN 3 MONTHS of the          'Collection Date'. After which, we reserve the right to dispose of your goods to cover our costs.

• You should be aware that any item that has a broken glass and/or LCD has to have taken a blow of some sort, either dropped, thrown or          crushed. Because of this, there may well be internal damage that cannot be seen by either you or us. Damage to other components are NOT
   COVERED by our warranty, even if they worked whilst your handset was broken, because, when we open up the handset, the damage
   will/can become apparent. Motherboards (PCB's) can easily fracture, IC chips can come loose from the board, camera modules can fail,
   batteries can suddenly no longer hold charge, or drain very quickly. These are faults that cannot be checked until we rebuild your handset.
   With this in mind, we are unable to offer ANY warranty on ANY parts that suddenly fail after your repair, that were not a part of your original
   repair. We would be able to supply an estimate of the cost to repair if you want us to.

• If our part(s) develeop a fault, then you must return it/them back to as soon as is reasonably possible, in the same condition as when they left      our store. Failure to return your part(s), or, if the part(s) are NOT in the condition as supplied, discharges our obligation to offer any warranty    on it/them.

General Repairs & Unlocking: (revised edition, effective 20/06/22)

• All and any risk with unlocking, flashing or re-programming (for example, firmware/software) lies entirely with the customer.

• Occasionally, we may have to reset your handset. We CANNOT, therefor, be held responsible for any lost data.

• It is your responsibility to know your password/Apple ID/Google log-in to reactivate your handset. You WILL need it in most cases, especially

   after flashing of the firmware/software and the installation of updates.

• Please be aware that if your handset becomes blocked, or is blocked, after we have unlocked it, you WILL be required to pay the fee quoted.

• Unlocking & unblocking are two very different things. One removes any network lock on your phone (perfectly legal in the UK), the other is        changing the IMEI of a phone (which is illegal in the UK). We DO NOT unblock phones.

• Any damage or faults on any repaired item(s) must be noted at time of collection BEFORE you leave the premises.

• Most repairs are guaranteed for12 months from date of collection, for malfunction only. Any exclusions will be advised to you.

• Any memory cards and/or sim cards are YOUR responsibility. We will NOT replace them if they are left in your item.

• The entire amount or balance owed must be paid before you collect your repair, and they must be collected WITHIN 3 MONTHS of the          'Collection Date'. After which, we reserve the right to dispose of your goods to cover our costs.

• Due to the nature of the repair, we DO NOT offer ANY warranty on charging port or HDMI repairs/replacements, or IC

   repairs/replacements.

• All battery replacements should be charged for a full 12 hours after collection. Allow a full discharge (from 100% down to 0%), and then

   recharge back to 100%. This allows for all of the battery cells to be activated, and will give the best performance.
