Full Module means the outer glass, digitiser and inner display.
 
This is a 'Mail In' service. Select the colour of the LCD you need, and purchase in the normal way. Ensure you fill in your personal details, and we will send you your free 'Mail In' package to send your Samsung to us. Please ensure that you use a tracked service when sending us your phone, and, where possible, an insured service. We always use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is fast, convenient, and insures the contents of your parcel up to £500.
 
Once we have received your phone, we will text/email you to let you know it has arrived safely. We will also keep you up to date with how things are progressing, and aim to despatch your phone back to you on the same, or the next day (excludes weekends and Public Holidays).
 
We only use genuine Samsung parts when replacing the whole module, and we always fit a complimentary tempered glass screen guard (subject to availability).
